Why do I lose so much volume? I have confirmed the Firmware is the latest version, just as a process of elimination. Dumb ass, I'm using the inbuilt speaker on the phone. There is no reason to miss out on your favorite sounds now that you have all of them available in a single website.

May 5, 2010 I've had the Desire for about 3 weeks now and it's a brilliant phone. I could leave it in the kitchen and easily hear it ring in the other room. First, you'll need to find some ringtones you like. I'm upgrading from an iphone 2G which had a terrible speaker, so I assume it's better than that. I agree the sound can be tinny from the speaker, but then again I don't use it to listen to music mmm headphones as the speaker stands when I get a call, email or sms the speaker sound quality is top notch. I would like either a button on the screen or a default profile that when I accept a call it will answer straight to load speaker? Both heapdhone and speaker levels have improved tested speaker in youtube and it's loads louder.
I also find the Ring Tone Volume is not very loud, even after setting it to max. She is using a hard snap on case from Verizon as well, not sure if it could be the sound bouncing of that or something? Oct 12, 2010 Have the phone. I noticed in the middle that it pushes in quite a bit. Tried rebooting a few times and double checking the settings. I couldn't take it for long because it was so intrusive, as going right through my brain. It's seems to be either a choice of no music i. I want to know if it's how it was constructed, or if it's just my unit. Next time you want to hear your favorite sounds as your persona ringtone all you have to do is visit out site and get your favorite ones.
